We work with trusted fulfillment partners to carefully process and ship your order directly to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after they have been processed.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kahu & Kin is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jhow777@hotmail.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
